Bought an ex display item and its fantastic!! Good customer service this time although ... I wouldnt buy the cheaper buggies here. My experience a year ago related to a relatively cheap "umbrella fold" type buggy about a year ago. Designed for toddlers up to 15kg. My child weighed 12kg at the time. Even within warranty they will still claim any faults developed are from customer misuse. What a cheek to say my child looked "too large" for the buggy and they didnt even weigh him! They then changed tack when i has said he was only 12kg. They started to accuse ny co-parent of misusing it, carrying a bag on it and that "men are stupid" like that. It came across as a sexist comment against men and i was already annoyed as it was. I only wanted an exchange of the item and had receipts plus warranty for it. Got nowhere speaking to the store manager who appeared like she had had a lobotomy. Sent a complaint via email the head office and never got a reply. Again, that experience happened about a year ago and today's experience was much better. I definitely wont buy another buggy from here again but happy to buy other items.

Ok place to get clothes, but the shop is tired looking and service wasn't that great. I'll keep on going back, but needs improvement, just like most of the shops in Kirkcaldy High Street

Smaller store but reasonably well stocked. Mainly for woman, small sections for men and children. Staff friendly and helpful, store clean and tidy. One of the few survivors of the high street.
I've got a credit card with Debehams, I just use it for exclusive sales, as they are bigger for the ones who have such a card and the things I boght with it are cheaper than in mkst places.

A good size Marks & Spencer, where I come here often enough to purchase from the food section. The rest of the store isn't my cup of tea though, with clothes that are a bit too old for me. There is a good coffee shop there which I would recommend, but can be hard to get a seat though.
Sad the company is in decline as it is a good place to shop if a little pricey sometimes. We visited coffee shop only on this occasion and it is great with good range of drinks and hot and cold snacks like sandwiches and toasties. Always good.
